My NEW Vitamin & Supplement Routine! #WomensHealthMonth
Hey Pumpkins! I know it’s been a minute let’s see… The last time we’ve talked I announced my latest career move (Yikes that was a minute ago .. forgive me!) and a lot has happened since then. Looks like we have tons of catching up to do and I look forward to sharing life updates with you here on my blog. May is National Women’s Health Month so I thought it would be a good idea to share my new vitamin and supplement routine.
Let me first start with the disclaimer that I am not a medical doctor or health professional I’m a TV Host, and Journalist by trade so anything I recommend please, please, please consult with your primary care to ensure these products are ok for you to consume. Ok, now that's out of the way let’s get right into it! If you haven’t been under a rock for what feels like the past 549,187 days then you would know that we’ve been in a global pandemic for the entire 1st quarter of 2020. I know many of you have seen the infamous memes of what we thought 2020 was going to be and that changed up real quick! I love our culture and how we seem to find joy in unforeseen circumstances, but COVID-19 has left us shook! The Coronavirus, RoRo or Rona however you refer to it has not only been devastating but also a wakeup call for us to improve our overall mental and physical health.
THis is how I feel about 2020!
I would like to think that I’m a pretty healthy person but the truth is I was doing the bare minimum by just taking a multivitamin a couple of times a week (If I could remember SMH). Fast forward to now and you can find me on any given weekend chillin' at my local Whole Foods Market or Vitamin Shoppe like its Home Goods or Target. I spend so much time reading labels and discovering new things I want to try (After I research of course). Not to mention I also didn't realize as a woman how important gut health is, and how it balances more than just our digestive system. Thanks to the this new routine my energy is on point and I feel FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC! Finally here is a list of a few things I’ve been taking to not only boost my immune system but my overall wellness.
The Greatest Wealth is health!
I try my best to take these supplements and vitamins concurrently throughout the week or take as needed depending on what my body needs. When I tell y’all these products have made a huge change to how I feel physically and mentally I really mean that. Also, I would never recommend anything to you all that I’m not actually trying out myself. Enjoy and please let me know your results with any of the above items I mentioned. xoxo!
